Regional Healthcare Operations Leader

Upperline Health

Upperline Health Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Director to drive performance, growth, and operational rigor across multiple clinics.

You will influence a $30M+ P&L, lead cross-functional teams, and execute strategic initiatives for value-based care. In this Leadership Development Program, you will build capabilities toward a Regional Vice President role, focusing on revenue growth, population health, cost management and program effectiveness.
