Job Details Job Location: Pajarito Mountain - LOS ALAMOS, NM 87544 Position Type: Seasonal Job Shift: Day Rental Technician – Winter 2026/2027 Location: Pajarito Mountain | Department: Rentals Type: Seasonal | Start Date: December | End Date: April 2027 Duties & Responsibilities Issue proper and well-fitting rental equipment to guests. Adjust equipment settings in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications. Inspect equipment for damage, malfunction, and compatibility. Process returned equipment and store it in the appropriate locations. Be knowledgeable of the range of equipment offered. Answer guest questions in regard to rental procedures, the ski area, and Resort operations. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Knowledge of skiing and other winter activities preferred. Skill in Google Workspaces and standard computer interfaces. Skill in providing expectation-exceeding customer service to all guests. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and co-workers. Ability to work in a fast-pacedenvironment. Available to work on weekends and holidays.
