Nursing Supervisor

Job Description As a member of the Patient Care Services Management Team, provides supervisory coverage and support for clinical and managerial processes. Assumes responsibility for all departments in the absence of a specific onsite department head or manager. Location & Schedule Location: Golisano Children's Hospital, Buffalo, NY, USA. Work type: Full Time. Shift: 3. Standard hours bi‑weekly: 72 hours. Weekend/holiday requirement: Yes. On‑call required: Yes. Scheduled work hours: 7 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Work arrangement: Onsite. Education & Credentials Current NYS license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Experience Three (3) years of nursing experience in a clinical setting required. Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
