Senior Specialist role supporting business analysis and launch planning within Merck's Content Supply Chain Orchestration team. The position focuses on requirements definition, process design, and solution delivery across regulated enterprise environments, working across business and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for planning solutions
- Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
- Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements and standardization opportunities
- Support solution delivery through testing, user acceptance activities, and deployment
- Provide advisory guidance on compliance-aligned, scalable process and solution approaches
Requirements
- 3+ years business analysis or solution design in regulated enterprise settings
- Proven ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Experience with planning workflows, launch processes, or cross-functional operations
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills
- Process mapping, user story development, and workflow documentation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology, or life sciences
- Adobe Workfront experience preferred
