Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join the rehabilitation team at Autumn Lake at Union. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, regain important skills, and work toward greater independence.
What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance
• Establish meaningful goals based on each resident's abilities and rehabilitation needs
• Introduce adaptive techniques and equipment when appropriate
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans based on resident response
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that promote safety and independence
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
