As our Experience Guide Supervisor, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere while leading a team that delivers unforgettable guest experiences every day.

What You'll Do You'll serve as a leader, coach, mentor, and role model for our Experience Guide team while working closely with our Massage Therapists and Leadership Team.

Leadership Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the front desk team.

• Coach team members to achieve sales and membership goals.

• Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new Experience Guides.

• Develop employees through coaching, accountability, and positive leadership.

• Help build a strong, collaborative team culture.

• Work closely with Massage Therapists to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Support the General Manager with daily operations and special projects.

• Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts.

Daily Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience from check-in through checkout.

• Drive membership sales and retail performance.

• Coach the team on guest communication and organic selling.

• Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently.

• Facilitate team meetings and ongoing training.

• Maintain boutique cleanliness and brand presentation.

• Monitor inventory of retail, supplies, linens, and equipment.

• Create reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents.

• Assist with scheduling, staffing needs, recruiting, and retention efforts.

• Support community outreach, marketing initiatives, and boutique events.

• Ensure policies and brand standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisor, or management experience preferred

• Customer service and sales experience required

• Experience recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training employees preferred

• Strong computer skills with the ability to learn multiple software systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software

• Social media experience is a plus

• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
