Competitive pay offered for this Onsite position. What You'll Do: Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Explain procedures and treatments to residents and families to gain cooperation, understanding, and to allay apprehension. Observe residents and record significant conditions or changes then relay information to Director of Nursing or physician of resident's condition, reaction to drugs, treatments, or any other significant changes. Supervise caregivers, including training, rewards, and discipline. Perform direct nursing care and other duties when necessary. Experience: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: Valid LPN license in the state of Kentucky. Strong patient assessment skills. Experience working with seniors is preferred. Ability to handle medical emergencies and provide immediate care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to problem solve and work as a team player. Strong Customer service skills. Attention to detail.
