Warehouse Associate/Non CDL Flatbed Driver

Job Overview Location: Horizon Prescott Valley, AZ – H161, 6300 East State Route 69, Prescott, Arizona 86314. Pay: $18–$22+/hour with potential performance bonuses up to $2,500 during the summer. Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug coverage with Flexible Spending Accounts and Wellness Programs 401(k) with generous company match 13 days of paid time off (PTO) and 8 paid holidays (PTO increases with tenure) 100% employer‑paid Life Insurance and Long‑Term Disability Insurance Paid Parental Leave Fully funded tuition/education programs Bonus programs including Employee Recognition, Referrals, Summer Madness, and Annual Performance Employee Stock Purchase Plan Employee discounts and additional perks Responsibilities – Warehouse Associate Accurately pull, fill, pack, and set up orders for delivery or pickup Assist in loading the delivery truck Receive shipments, log into inventory, and maintain inventory through audits Communicate positively with supervisors, sales staff, coworkers, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick‑ups Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, maintaining required certification Perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies to supervisor Assist in keeping the facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently Perform other duties as assigned Responsibilities – Backup Driver Make deliveries using the most effective routes to ensure orders are delivered on time Load and unload vehicle, ensuring products are properly secured and hazardous materials separated appropriately Collect payments and accurately document deliveries Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations (e.g., FMCSR) Complete pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and inform supervisor of needed maintenance Ensure vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and presentable on a daily basis Increase job and product knowledge on an ongoing basis Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications At least 21 years old Valid driver’s license (Commercial Driver’s License, CDL, if applicable), preferably with HAZMAT endorsement Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Pre‑Employment Screening Program (PSP) indicating no more than two combined violations or at‑fault accidents in the past three years High school diploma or GED Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds Prior forklift experience Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision Prior experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer Horizon Distributors, Inc. / POOLCORP is a drug‑free, equal‑opportunity employer.
