Youll be the face of ServiceMaster by GBS in the field, building relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, and potential clients, while also managing and growing our brand presence online. The harder you work, the more you earn./ph3What Youll Actually Do/h3ulliGenerate and pursue new leads insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, and more/liliBuild and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners/liliRepresent ServiceMaster by GBS at networking events, job sites, and meetings/liliManage and grow our online presence across social media and other platforms/liliDevelop and execute marketing campaigns that bring in new business/liliTrack leads, follow up consistently, and close deals/liliWork closely with the office team to ensure smooth handoff from sale to job/liliIdentify new opportunities to grow the brand and expand our reach/li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliProven experience in sales and marketing restoration experience is a plus but not required/liliA natural connector someone who builds relationships easily and leaves a lasting impression/liliStrong closer you know how to turn a conversation into a deal/liliSavvy marketer you understand how to build a brand and grow an audience online/liliSelf-motivated and driven you dont need someone pushing you to perform/liliWell-connected or willing to hustle to get there/liliProfessional, polished, and able to represent a white glove brand with confidence/liliLong-term mindset we want someone who grows with us as the business grows/liliSpanish speaker is a plus/li/ulh3Compensation/h3pYour first year is a training period to fully learn the business, our processes, and our clients. During this time you will earn a $60,000 base salary plus commission on every sale you bring in. After completing your first year of training, both your base salary and commission structure will be adjusted details will be discussed during the interview. The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no ceiling./ph3Location Availability/h3pBased out of our office in Valley Stream, NY with regular time in the field for networking, client meetings, and events.
