Marketing Specialist DETAILS: 6-month contract with the HIGH chance to extend or become perm! 40 hours, M-F Benefit options (PTO, 401k, Medical, Dental, Vision) Hybrid (2-days onsite) Pay - $32-$38/hr A Brief Overview Works with the Marketing & Communications team to oversee and implement marketing programs and projects that increase and improve the health system's awareness, reputation and, ultimately, the marketshare. Serves as the project lead for marketing and communications initiatives including development of collateral material and advertising campaigns; website content development; digital marketing, social media, video production; events and all other items that support the marketing needs of our client. What you will do Assists Marketing & Communications leadership by overseeing and executing multiple marketing and communication projects with specific deadlines including campaigns, website content development, social and digital marketing initiatives and events. Able to maintain challenging timelines while ensuring brand standards, quality and efficiency. Provides creative input on projects. Gathers information, materials and resources needed to implement key projects. Provides succinct analysis of the campaign metrics. Assembles and coordinates project teams including operations, finance, human resources, vendors and others to support marketing and communication initiatives. Prepares the background materials required and facilitates meetings. Meets with key stakeholders to ensure marketing is supporting the strategic and business goals of the organization. Prioritizes projects based on business needs and goals. Ensures excellent customer service and successful working relationships with team members, customers, vendors and community leaders. Maintains records and reports necessary for the brand and content/communications director to keep executives and team members informed of activities. Works as a team with other professionals within Strategic Communications and Brand Marketing and other internal and external customers with special projects as needed and requested. Ability and desire to work with a project management system. Qualifications Bachelor degree in business, communications, advertising, journalism or similar field. Three (3) to five (5) years marketing or communications related experience either in a corporate or advertising agency setting or 3 to 5 years of experience in a business environment. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software.
