BCBA Assessor Part-Time | 15-20 Hours/Week | Hybrid | Woodbridge, Virginia Looking for a BCBA role where you can focus on clinical assessment without managing a full caseload? Connect n Care ABA is hiring a BCBA Assessor to join our clinical team in Virginia. This flexible, part-time hybrid role is focused on comprehensive assessments, clinical decision-making, and treatment recommendations - without ongoing case management or supervision responsibilities. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive initial and reassessment evaluations Administer, score, and interpret behavioral and adaptive assessments Conduct caregiver and stakeholder interviews Observe clients in home, school, clinic, and community settings Develop clinically sound treatment recommendations Prepare detailed assessment reports Determine medical necessity and recommend appropriate service levels Collaborate with intake, authorization, and clinical leadership teams Maintain timely and compliant documentation What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active licensure 3+ years of ABA experience, including assessment experience Strong clinical writing and documentation skills Knowledge of insurance authorization and medical necessity Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Located in Virginia or a bordering state Why This Role?
