In-House Creative Agency Marketing Data Analyst

Citi’s US in-house creative agency is seeking a marketing data analyst to translate performance results and market signals into stronger creative work. Responsibilities Monitor and forecast market trends to inform marketing creatives Partner with internal clients to gather performance results for in‑house agency deliverables and report findings Collect competitor work samples, identify key takeaways, and share insights with the team Design and roll out a data collection and analysis system, including baseline development Identify customer insights from performance result analysis to guide copy and design decisions and improve engagement Lead lunch and learns with the in‑house team and marketing partners on marketing best practices Deliver concise, comprehensive presentations of key learnings to senior‑level audiences Apply strategic thinking to connect business needs to recommended execution through creative deliverables Distill information from multiple sources and synthesize it into a single, clear narrative Work with internal clients to understand strategy behind key messaging Manage time effectively across multiple active campaigns while maintaining high‑quality output Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication/Advertising, or related field; Master’s degree preferred 8–10 years of related experience (digital agency environment preferred) Exceptional reporting and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Expert proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel , Word , and PowerPoint Experience using Tableau Knowledge of SQL , Python , and/or R is a plus Strong ability to report data and metrics comprehensively using analytical apps and dashboards for clear visualization and insights Ability to extract customer insights from creative performance data to inform strategy Experience presenting to senior leaders Expertise in analyzing market trends and performance data to strengthen campaigns Ability to collaborate with key business stakeholders, understand central strategy, and help execute effectively as part of a team Analytical thinking with the ability to make complex data clear Independent, self‑starting, and strongly organized Eagerness to operate in a fast‑paced environment with strong deadline urgency Tech savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technology and assist team troubleshooting Financial services experience is a plus Technologies MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Tableau SQL Python R Compensation Annual salary range: USD 114,720 - 172,080 Primary location full-time salary range: $114,720.00 - $172,080.00 Location & Work Details Onsite: Schaumburg, IL, United States Time type: Full time Job family group: Marketing Job family: Communication & Creative Services Benefits Medical, dental & vision coverage 401(k) Life, accident, and disability insurance Benefits Wellness programs Planned time off (vacation) Unplanned time off (sick leave) Paid holidays Discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards (for eligible employees) Application Timeline Anticipated posting close date: Oct 10, 2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr Citi
