Laboratory - Medical Lab Technician

Medical Lab Technician (MLT) / Medical Lab Scientist (MLS)

This is a 13-week contract position with the potential for extension based on the need.

This position involves day shifts with call coverage and weekends as needed.

We are seeking a skilled Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) to join our laboratory team. This role requires performing laboratory tests and procedures accurately and efficiently to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. You will be responsible for analyzing samples, ensuring quality control, and maintaining laboratory equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory tests and analyses as per established protocols.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Analyze laboratory results and report findings to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with medical staff to provide accurate and timely test results.
• Participate in ongoing education and training as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid certification as a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Lab Scientist (MLS).
• Previous laboratory experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately.
