Procurement Specialist

$60,000 to $70,000 | Hybrid Schedule Please Note: This opportunity is based in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Applicants must currently live in the metro area or already be relocating here. I'm working on an exclusive search for a Procurement Specialist/Purchasing Coordinator with an outstanding international company whose U.S. headquarters is in the Kansas City metro. You'll work closely with multiple departments and play an important role in keeping the purchasing process running smoothly. Assorted Daily Activities: Create and release purchase orders Monitor supplier deliveries and follow up on open orders Resolve vendor issues and communicate with suppliers Request quotations and compare pricing Expedite orders when priorities change Maintain purchasing records and inventory data Partner with operations, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when needed You must have experience in the following for consideration: Procurement Purchasing Buying Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Candidates with approximately 2 to 5+ years of related experience are encouraged to apply.
