What You'll Do:
- Create a joyful, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning environment rooted in exploration, inclusion, and care.
- Build meaningful relationships with families and engage them in their child's developmental journey.
- Model the YMCA core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.
Ensure the physical and emotional safety of every child in your care. Please note: We are a year-round center, so you must be available to work Monday through Friday.
