Company Overview We provide inspection services to insurance clients across the country, leveraging an online portal and mobile dashboard to manage assignments. Inspectors answer client forms via walk‑through observation, interviews, photography, and diagrams, then upload comprehensive reports within a 14‑day deadline. Responsibilities

• Conduct field inspections of residential and commercial properties according to established client protocols and company policies.
• Complete clean, detailed loss‑control reports using provided templates, identifying potential hazards and recommending mitigation measures.
• Schedule and perform inspections during standard business hours, Monday‑Friday, setting your own appointment times.
• Upload photos, diagrams, and reports to the inspector portal on time.

Compensation

• Flat rate per inspection; not hourly. Base rates begin at $45–$75 within a 25‑mile radius of your address.
• Out‑of‑area or larger sites paid based on your flat‑rate bid for the inspection.
• Payments issued monthly via ACH to a U.S. bank account.
• 1099 issued each January for tax purposes.

Qualifications A qualified, professional, reliable business owner with a flexible schedule. Experience in insurance field inspection, related work, or certification from Loss Control Academy or Virtual Insurance Inspector Academy in both personal and commercial lines. Excellent communicator with strong problem‑solving skills. Client‑service oriented, enjoys working with diverse individuals. Independent, organized, and reliable. Proficient writer able to produce clear, well‑written reports. Comfortable with technology, including MS Office programs. Important Details Must be at least 18 years of age. Must pass a criminal background check. Must provide a FEIN number (obtained for free at work cannot use a Social Security number. As a contractor, you must supply reliable transportation, a computer with high‑speed internet, a smartphone with a camera, a measuring wheel, a water pressure gauge, GPS navigation, and Microsoft Word & Excel.
