An exciting contract opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve students in an elementary resource room setting near Tacoma, WA. Starting as soon as possible and extending through the end of the school year, you'll play a vital role in supporting students' communication and language development within a supportive school environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State SLP license required
• SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
• Previous experience working in a school or with pediatric populations
• Must have current fingerprint clearance through OSPI
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40–50 students in a resource room setting
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to align therapy with educational goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district protocols
• Provide direct and consultative services in group and individual formats
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
