Join us and shape the future of care.The OpportunityThe Senior Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for the overall management and effectiveness of the warehouse. Provide world-class operational support to ensure customer and internal business needs are met or exceeded consistently. Motivates the team to get the job done with teamwork and cooperation while developing staff and operational effectiveness.What You'll DoSupport and promote Fullscript's Core Values: Grit, Authenticity and Community.Develop the Leadership TeamEngage Supervisors for weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance maintenanceResponsible for developing and growing the departmental leadership team, positioning the operation for high-growth potential.Act as a Leader within the department and organization. Primary point of contact for all Warehouse Operations Supervisors.Work cohesively with organizational Leadership members to ensure all business objectives are met.Monitors and assists Supervisors with all daily warehouse operations, including inbound freight, receiving purchase orders, stocking storage locations, vendor interaction, quality control, trouble-shooting inventory issues, and picking/packing/shipping of customer orders.Ensure work areas are safe, and that employees are following proper work procedures and protocols and administering corrective action when guidelines are not followed.Responsible for creating and maintaining daily work schedules (scheduling overtime, ending work shifts early if work volume dictates, etc) to ensure business needs are met.Maintain time and attendance data within the company timekeeping system. This includes editing employee punches when necessary and tracking attendance occurrences (late arrivals, unexcused absences, etc).Responds to emergencies in a managerial and technical capacity.Driving company and department initiatives and ensuring all key performance indicators are met or exceeded.Manage all facets of the Warehouse Management System to ensure data integrity and smooth, consistent operational processes.Constantly look for new and innovative ways to increase the effectiveness of labor and system resources—ability to design and implement lasting positive change.Fullscript Employee Ambassador: Motivate staff and encourage growth of our team members.Understand and lead the NSF preparation and audit needs.Knowledge of distribution center safety rules and regulationsServe as a Sanitation Supervisor, ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and secure at all times.Lead efforts and direction for all sanitization operations for facility, including: Outside contractor cleaning and pest control guidelinesInternal sanitization and housekeeping practicesPerforms other duties as assigned.What You Bring To The TableBachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or associated field preferred.Proven Leader with at least 5 years of experience effectively leading teams of 80 or more; including hiring, documentation, termination, training, and acting as an effective change agent.Experience managing and developing salaried exempt leaders.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Thorough understanding of warehouse and distribution center procedures and concepts.Ability to make difficult decisions, solve problems, prioritize assignments, generate and utilize reports, and manage projects.Advanced experience with ERP & WMS systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Suite.Knowledgeable and/or trained in housekeeping, sanitation, and pest control processes.What We Can Offer YouSalary range: $100,000 to $125,000 USDOn-site work in Ashland, VA for this role.Flexible PTO and competitive pay, because work-life balance matters401k match to invest in your futurePremium benefits package with customizable coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA.Fullscript discounts to save on high-quality wellness productsContinuous learning opportunities to grow your skills and careerFullscript shares salary ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions.
