Pay: $57.56 - $92.10 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Summary:

Gathers and analyzes information, forms and tests hypotheses, develops and communicates recommendations to support senior level decision making using expert analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Leads team in development of descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive data models to address complex operational and clinical needs. Ensures validation and reliability of analytics.

• Identifies operational and clinical questions and defines scope, requirements, and analytical approach for analysis; prioritizes projects based on organizational needs.

• Designs and applies advanced forecasting tools using internal and external data sources in partnership with data scientists.

• Leads project teams, builds and presents expert level analysis via excel, Power BI, and other tools to operational and clinical end users.

• Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 4 years of relevant experience.
