We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our Front Office team. In this role, you'll create memorable first impressions by providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless stay. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy helping others, and have a passion for hospitality, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do- Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns.
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest account balances accurately.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain the appearance of the front desk, lobby, and complimentary breakfast area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support daily front office operations and complete assigned administrative tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Hotel front desk or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overnight shifts.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
