Finance Manager, Commercial

Finance Manager position at a major medical technology company overseeing financial operations, reporting, and strategic analysis. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end close processes while providing business partnership to functional leaders.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to functional leaders
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Conduct variance analysis and identify corrective actions
- Support strategic initiatives including business cases and M&A activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years progressive finance and accounting experience
- Strong financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
- Proficient in Excel with financial modeling experience
- Ability to communicate complex financial information to diverse audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
