Responsibilities
- Triage, assess, and monitor patients presenting with a variety of emergent conditions
- Administer medications, therapies, and interventions as ordered; assist with procedures as needed
- Continuously monitor patient status and respond rapidly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and the care team to develop and implement care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses; maintain accurate, complete, and timely charting
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions; ensure patient safety and privacy

Requirements
- Active California RN license
- BLS certification at minimum
- Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency department environment
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for an 8-week contract
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting
