  • Lead psychotherapy sessions for multi-family groups, utilizing psychoeducation techniques to enhance understanding and communication among participants.

  • Implement case management services when necessary, coordinating care with a network of professionals including schools, childcare providers, and child welfare services.

  • Foster open lines of communication with clients and their support systems, ensuring that all parties are informed and involved in the care process.

  • Utilize Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) principles and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) to enhance client engagement and improve outcomes.

  • Participate in ongoing training and continuing education to maintain licensure and stay informed of the latest therapeutic techniques.

  • Engage in regular clinical supervision sessions, review documentation to ensure quality assurance, and set personal professional goals leading to annual evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

  • A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution.

  • An independent license to practice in the state of Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
