Certified Respiratory Therapist

As a PRN Certified Respiratory Therapist, you provide diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory care under general supervision. You administer medical gases and aerosol therapy, obtain and analyze blood specimens, perform respiratory testing, and support cardiopulmonary resuscitation. You operate, monitor, and clean respiratory equipment, follow infection control and safety practices, document care in clinical systems, and educate patients across the lifespan about their respiratory treatments and home care as directed by physicians.
