Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Gluer workers for a plastics manufacturing company in Northwood, IA. In this role, youll help assemble foam based products, support production goals, and contribute to a clean and organized manufacturing environment. What You'll Do as a Gluer:

• Glue foam pieces together according to specifications
• Follow written assembly and gluing instructions
• Assist with general product assembly tasks
• Ensure all quality and production standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Need to Bring to the Gluer Role:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Ability to stand for the entire shift (with or without reasonable accommodations)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without reasonable accommodations)
• Reliable transportation to the Northwood, IA area
• Ability to meet any pre-employment background/drug screen requirements
