Medical Laboratory Scientist

Description Medical Laboratory Scientist - Clinical Laboratory at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This position is per-diem and will work 8-hour, variable shifts. Reporting to the General Laboratory Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing superior customer satisfaction, ensuring the highest quality care and service. Performs a wide range of procedures including procedures of high complexity in at least three laboratory sections where one of the sections is blood bank/transfusion services. Required qualifications Bachelor’s Degree California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License California upon hire or Preferred qualifications 2 years experience after Clinical Lab Scientist licensure as a Generalist or Microbiologist Why Join Providence? Salary and Benefits Pay Range: $51.76 - $80.34 per shift. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
