Role Overview: This position involves providing specialized nursing care in the NICU, including implementing and monitoring patient care plans, documenting patient conditions, serving as a primary coordinator among healthcare disciplines, executing physician and nursing orders, and assessing discharge needs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate comprehensive patient care with multidisciplinary teams Ensure accurate communication of patient status Follow physician directives and nursing protocols Assess and facilitate discharge planning Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse license from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or equivalent BLS Certification within 1 month of employment Preferred certifications: The S.T.A.B.L.E Program and Neonatal Resuscitation (AAP) Educational requirement: Diploma from an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensure Key Attributes: Strong communication, coordination, and patient assessment skills to deliver quality neonatal care in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Azza HealthCare Agency
