Clear Choice Resources is seeking a Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Grand Junction, CO to start on 8/31/2026. This assignment is for a 8 weeks contract. You will be working 3 days per week, 12 hours per shift and on Rotating. This position offers a pay range of $1,656.00 to $1,786.00 per week, depending on experience and qualifications. As a Case Manager RN, you'll coordinate patient care plans, helping guide individuals through their treatment and recovery process.
