Position: Direct Support Professional – Group Home
Location: Mankato, MN
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Available Shifts
Morning Shifts:
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shifts:
3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnight Shifts:
10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Job Description
The Mt. Everest Care LLC is seeking reliable, compassionate, and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care and support to individuals living in a group home setting.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
Provide medication assistance or administration as trained and authorized.
Support clients with meals, housekeeping, and daily routines.
Assist with appointments, transportation, and community activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and follow individual care plans.
Ensure client safety, dignity, independence, and well-being.
Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must meet applicable Minnesota DHS background study requirements.
Must be dependable, punctual, and professional.
Must communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.
Previous caregiving or DSP experience preferred but not required.
Must complete required training.
Valid driver's license preferred.
