Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available; 40 hours per week with varying shifts (2x12 hours + 2x8 hours or similar). Weekend coverage required (Saturday or Sunday each week). On-call duties included.

Highlights:

• Work in a state-of-the-art 9-room operating room suite specializing in women's health services
• Perform a diverse case mix including general, gynecological, genitourinary, and pediatric procedures
• Experience with both open and laparoscopic surgical techniques; robotic experience a plus
• Collaborate with experienced RNs and certified surgical technologists in a team-oriented environment
• Day shift hours with varied schedules (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Long-term assignment opportunity beginning September 2026

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Texas (or compact state license)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Operating Room circulating experience required
• Demonstrated proficiency in general, gynecological, genitourinary, and pediatric surgical cases
• Experience with both open and laparoscopic procedures mandatory
• Robotic surgery experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a surgical team
• Flexibility to work weekend shifts and participate in on-call rotation
