Travel CVOR Nurse in Utica, NY

This assignment offers the chance to broaden your clinical expertise while working alongside experienced perioperative professionals and diverse leadership styles. You'll be immersed in an adult Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) environment supported by carefully designed processes and advanced technology such as EPIC and Omnicell. Schedule/Hours:

• Two 10-hour shifts per week
• Up to 7 days on-call in a four-week schedule, including one full weekend
• 13-week assignment

Required Qualifications:

• Current NY RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's degree minimum)
• At least 1 year of recent CVOR RN experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS

Preferred Experience:

• Proficiency with EPIC and Omnicell
• Comfort caring for adult patients with cardiac diagnoses such as CAD, AS, and MR
• Adaptability to support different units if census changes

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality perioperative care to adult patients in a 2-bed CVOR
• Maintain 1:1 patient-to-RN ratios
• Collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to floating assignments as needed
