Allstar Heating and Air Conditioning is located in Buellton of Santa Ynez Valley, servicing Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Lompoc, and Santa Ynez Valley for over 35 years.

We are looking for a Team Player who is experienced, personable and likes a challenge.

• Answering phones and managing incoming calls - Forwarding calls to appropriate departments.
• Support the Service department with scheduling technicians.
• Working with the Shop Foreman to place orders for materials when necessary.
• Managing Fleet Maintenance for Company autos Data Entry/office assistance – filing, etc.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated speed and accuracy in the completion of tasks.
• A team player who contributes and works with others to accomplish results.

Ideal Candidate:

• Field Edge Software experience is a major Bonus!
• Must have excellent communication, phone, and customer service skills.
• Experience with - Telephone - Switchboard, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and QuickBooks applications is desired but unnecessary for the right candidate.
• Teachable, reliable, organized, dependable, trustworthy, and independent.
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work well with our team as well as be self-directed and self-motivated.
