We are a growing, fast-paced shop in Arlington focused on quality repairs, honest service, and an organized work environment. We’re looking for a mid‐level technician who can diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle diagnostics — Perform accurate troubleshooting on gas and diesel systems.
• General repairs — Brakes, suspension, cooling systems, electrical, drivability.
• Diesel systems — Fuel systems, DEF, emissions, turbo components.
• Preventive maintenance — Oil changes, inspections, fluid services.
• Customer communication — Provide clear explanations when needed.
• Shop teamwork — Work with service writers and other techs to keep workflow smooth.

Requirements

• 3–7 years experience in automotive or diesel repair.
• Strong understanding of electrical diagnostics and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Own basic tools (we provide specialty tools).
• ASE certifications a plus but not required.
