House Supervisor (RN) - Per Diem Night Shift

Responsibilities Appropriately directs and supports health care team members in achieving hospital goals. Visits all units routinely to evaluate patient/caregiver needs and assess department activity and effectiveness. Analyzes data collected, weighs alternatives, and acts appropriately. Arranges placement of patients being admitted or transferred in accordance with specific unit protocol, patient needs and staffing patterns. Reviews all admissions for appropriateness according to specific criteria. Qualifications Three (3) years’ experience as Registered Nurse in an acute care facility. Experience as Charge RN preferred. Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program.

REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS

Registered Nurse with current California RN license. Current BLS certification. ACLS PALS NIH Stroke Certification #J-18808-Ljbffr Southwest Healthcare System
