Imports Associate

MSI seeks an Imports Associate to support our Transportation & Logistics operations within the Shipping, Logistics & Procurement department. In this role, you will coordinate international inbound shipments of gaming and creator hardware, ensuring timely, compliant, and cost‑effective delivery. Responsibilities include preparing import documentation, tracking freight, resolving customs issues, and partnering with carriers, brokers, and internal teams. You’ll help optimize processes, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement in a fast‑paced, tech‑driven, and highly collaborative environment.
