OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Benton, AR by HMD Trucking

Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Based in Benton, AR, join HMD Trucking as an OTR solo CDL-A Dry Van driver running freight nationwide. You’ll operate long-haul routes with consistent freight and a dispatch team focused on safety and support.

Your duties:

• Safely operate dry-van tractor-trailers on OTR lanes.
• Maintain accurate logs and inspections; report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch to meet delivery windows.

Compensation & benefits: Starting at 65 CPM with weekly averages around 2,500 miles, plus bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections, late-model trucks (APUs, inverters, sleepers), in-house maintenance, home every two weeks, and full health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k). Requirements: Valid CDL-A and 12+ months verifiable experience.
