Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct study procedures: clinical assessments, vitals, sample collection (phlebotomy, ECG, specimen coordination) within RN scope.
• Administer investigational products, monitor participants, and respond to adverse events.
• Drive participant recruitment and informed consent (GCP, FDA, ICH compliance).
• Collaborate closely with PIs, CRCs, providers, and military/federal teams.
• Maintain detailed protocol documentation and electronic data query resolution.
• Ensure audit readiness, protocol adherence, and support regulatory submissions.
• Serve as a liaison with military, federal healthcare, and research stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (BSN, RN) Virginia license (or compact)
• Minimum of 2+ years recent clinical trial research experience
• Strong clinical and regulatory/documentation skills
• Knowledge of DoD, VA, or federal environment
• Active Secret clearance (or ability/willingness to obtain)
• Must be local to Portsmouth, VA area

Nice to Have:

• ACRP or SOCRA certification
• MHS GENESIS or military/federal healthcare experience
• Prior work supporting complex clinical trial protocols (phases IIV)
