Job Description
Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) traveler to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within the Cardiac Catheterization unit.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Monitor patients' conditions pre- and post-procedure and respond to any changes.
• Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Educate patients and their families regarding the procedures and post-procedure care.

Qualifications

• Current BLS, ACLS, DCI/BVP, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Valid nursing license required for practice.
• Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment

This position involves working 10-hour shifts, four days a week. On-call duties are required, with expectations of being available for approximately 10 days a month, including four weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
