Employment Type Full time Shift 12 Hour Night Shift (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.) Description A Registered Professional Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of therapeutic patient care, patient advocacy, team dynamics, and hospital systems. Serves as a resource support staff. Requires a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. Requires a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. Position Requirements A: Licensure/Certification/Registration – Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia. B: Education – Graduation from an NLM accredited school of nursing. C: Experience – One year of recent registered nursing experience preferred (within the past five years). D: Special Qualifications – Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC mandatory (required within 1st year of employment if not certified). TNCC preferred. E: Degree of Supervision Required – Able to function independently with minimal supervision. Directly responsible to the Charge Nurse in directing and providing patient care.
