Role Summary:

We are seeking a vibrant and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team at Chevy Chase Acura. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a critical role in creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their overall experience with us. The ideal candidate is not only comfortable and adept at operating computers but also possesses a warm, professional demeanor to greet and assist our customers both in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a warm and professional greeting to all customers entering the showroom.
2. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a polite, professional manner.
3. Work closely with all departments, particularly the sales team, to ensure seamless customer service.
4. Adhere to company procedures and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
5. Arrive on time and demonstrate consistent dependability.
6. Adapt to changing conditions and provide assistance to others when needed.
7. Manage administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to interact professionally with both clients and dealership personnel.
2. Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors.
3. Proficient in the use of company phone equipment and general computer systems.
4. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
5. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
6. Self-disciplined, able to work without constant supervision.
7. Must present a professional appearance appropriate for the position.
8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
