Commercial Plumbing Project Manager

Location: Madison, Wisconsin - This is a full-time, 100% on-site opportunity working closely with field teams, customers, and leadership while managing commercial plumbing construction projects from start to finish. Note: Candidates must have at least 2+ years of Project Manager experience in plumbing construction or 2+ years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing construction experience. Commercial plumbing experience is required. Job Description Manage commercial plumbing construction projects from estimating through final completion. Prepare estimates, material takeoffs, proposals, and bid packages. Review plans, specifications, and project documents. Attend pre-bid meetings and jobsite walkthroughs. Develop project budgets, schedules, and schedule of values. Monitor labor, material costs, job costing, and project profitability. Purchase materials and coordinate project resources. Manage project schedules while supporting field foremen and subcontractors. Prepare, negotiate, and manage change orders. Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, customers, and field teams. Attend project meetings and monthly WIP meetings. Build relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and general contractors. Support business development efforts and identify new project opportunities. Qualifications 2+ years of plumbing construction Project Manager experience or 2+ years of journeyman-level commercial plumbing experience. Strong understanding of commercial plumbing systems and construction practices. Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Experience with estimating, job costing, budgeting, and project scheduling. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.
