Responsibilities As a Buyer’s Agent, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences while growing your business with confidence and support. Guide clients through buying, selling, and renting homes with professionalism and care Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and pricing Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication Coordinate and host property showings and open houses Negotiate offers and contracts to secure favorable outcomes for clients Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training Leverage advanced technology and marketing tools to promote listings and grow your pipeline Qualifications What we’re looking for: Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self‑motivated, disciplined, and goal‑oriented Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment Tech‑savvy or eager to learn new systems quickly Customer‑service driven mindset Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the area Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑first mentality Compensation $65,000 – $120,000 USD yearly. This is a commission-based position.
