Qualifications We re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with successful residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Oregon by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association

• • Board Certified/Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
