Registered Nurse – Med Spa & Wellness

EXO Med Spa is Hiring!

We are looking for a highly confident, outgoing, motivated Registered Nurse with a big personality and a genuine love for patient care to join our growing Med Spa & Wellness team. We want someone who lights up a room, loves meeting new people, makes patients feel comfortable and cared for, and naturally builds strong relationships. This is a patient-focused, sales-driven, client-building role , and the ideal candidate will be motivated to actively grow and fill their own book through exceptional patient care, education, follow-up, prebooking, referrals, and relationship building.

At EXO, we offer a unique combination of aesthetics, wellness, hormone optimization, medical 

weight loss, IV therapy, and injectables . We are looking for someone who can confidently guide clients through their wellness journey while providing an exceptional experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.

Responsibilities

As an EXO Med Spa Nurse, you will:

• Perform IV therapy and IV infusions
• Perform blood draws and lab services
• Administer Quickie Shots / wellness injections
• Perform SECA body composition analyses and confidently review results with clients
• Conduct consultations for medical weight loss programs
• Conduct consultations for hormone optimization and hormone therapy
• Educate clients on wellness options and recommend appropriate services based on their goals
• Educate clients on and sell customized supplement stacks
• Perform or assist with injectable aesthetic services, including neurotoxins (Tox/Botox) and dermal fillers , based on training, credentials, and scope of practice
• Provide thorough consultations and treatment education
• Build relationships with clients and create personalized treatment and wellness plans
• Take ownership of building and maintaining a full appointment book by developing strong client relationships, following up with leads and existing clients, encouraging referrals, and consistently prebooking
• Be proactive about introducing yourself to guests throughout EXO, educating them on available Med Spa & Wellness services, and creating opportunities to bring new clients into your book
• Recommend additional services, products, supplements, and future treatments when appropriate
• Encourage clients to prebook and continue their treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical and safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with our providers, aestheticians, wellness team, and front-of-house staff
• Help create an energetic, welcoming, and elevated client experience

Who We're Looking For

• A licensed Registered Nurse in good standing
• Confident, personable, and comfortable starting conversations with clients
• Extremely outgoing, energetic, and comfortable approaching and talking with new people
• Has a big, warm personality and truly loves patient care , making every client feel welcomed, heard, comfortable, and excited to return
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, longevity, and preventative care
• Comfortable discussing pricing and selling services, treatment plans, and supplements
• Able to turn consultations into customized treatment plans
• Highly motivated to build, grow, and fill their own book rather than waiting for appointments to come to them
• Self-driven and willing to follow up with clients, generate referrals, prebook appointments, and create opportunities to grow their clientele
• Professional, polished, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Eager to learn and grow as our wellness and aesthetic services continue to expand

Injectable, IV, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, or med spa experience is preferred.

This position is ideal for a nurse with an entrepreneurial, sales-minded personality who is excited to build a loyal clientele and keep their schedule full. The right candidate will be comfortable putting themselves out there, educating, consulting, selling, following up, prebooking, asking for referrals, and creating an experience that keeps clients coming back.
