Communicate with customers on upcoming scheduled jobs/tickets Schedule approved estimates Dispatch technicians Create estimates as needed Create invoices when needed What You’ll Bring Parts knowledge Scheduling / dispatching experience Results driven, strategic thinker and problem solver Proactive and takes initiative Knowledge with Microsoft Excel Experience in construction or trades office settings Sales and marketing support Benefits Paid holidays 401k (After 1 year of employment) Health insurance (After 1 year of employment) This job is with an independent Generac channel partner and not for employment with Generac Power Systems, Inc.
