Quincy MA Full-Time On-Site

Join our welcoming in-office team in Quincy where youll collaborate closely with attorneys and clients every day. This is a fully on-site opportunity offering $65000 to $80000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.

Note

Candidates must have 1 years of paralegal experience and a high school diploma or GED. Experience in estate planning elder law or trusts and estates is preferred but not required. We welcome capable paralegals from other legal practice areas who are eager to learn and grow.

Job Description

• Work closely with attorneys to prepare organize and manage important legal documents and client files.
• Support estate planning and elder law matters while helping clients navigate important legal processes.
• Coordinate client appointments document signings and communications with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records while protecting sensitive client information.
• Track deadlines manage multiple priorities and keep legal matters moving efficiently.
• Develop familiarity with deeds Registry of Deeds procedures and other specialized legal processes.

Qualifications

• 1 years of professional paralegal experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with estate planning trusts and estates probate or elder law is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional client-focused approach.
• Familiarity with legal documents case files and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Willingness to learn collaborate and contribute to a busy legal team.
