What You’ll Do Work side‑by‑side with engineering to define requirements, prioritize features, and ship AI‑powered product improvements on tight timelines. Write clear PRDs, specs, and user stories that help the team build the right thing, fast. Conduct user and market research to inform product decisions—talk to customers, analyze usage data, and study the competitive landscape. Track project progress, remove blockers, and keep cross‑functional workstreams organized and on schedule. Contribute to product strategy by surfacing insights on AI model capabilities, marketing workflows, and user pain points. Move fast, stay organized, and operate with the intensity of a founding team member. Who You Are Recent graduate or current MBA candidate with a strong drive to break into product management at a high‑growth startup. Exceptionally organized—you bring structure to chaos and nothing slips through the cracks. Genuinely passionate about AI: you follow model releases, experiment with tools, and have opinions about where the space is headed. Deeply curious about the marketing and advertising space—you understand (or want to understand) how brands create, test, and scale ad creative. Strong communicator who can translate between technical and business audiences with clarity. Comfortable with high intensity and fast pace—you don’t wait to be told what to do. Bonus: ex‑consulting experience (MBB or similar)—you know how to structure ambiguous problems and drive to answers quickly. Bonus: technical background or comfort reading code, APIs, and data.
