Industrial Painter We are seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Industrial Painter to join our team in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing surfaces, applying industrial coatings, and working in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the quality, durability, and appearance of industrial equipment and structures. Responsibilities Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting through sandblasting, grinding, scraping, and cleaning. Mix and apply industrial coatings, primers, paints, and protective finishes according to specifications. Operate spray guns, paint pumps, pressure washers, and other painting equipment. Inspect finished work to ensure compliance with quality standards. Follow job specifications, coating requirements, and production schedules. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment. Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Work effectively with supervisors, quality personnel, and production teams. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tuscaloosa, AL. The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
