Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physician specializing in Interventional Pain Management to join our growing practice in Merritt Island, Florida, or the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.

The ideal candidate will have specialized training in pain medicine and experience performing a broad range of interventional procedures, from routine injections to advanced neuromodulation and spine interventions. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered pain care while contributing to the growth and development of advanced procedural and surgical pain programs.

Qualifications and Credentials

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Medicine.
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management.
• Background in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), Neurology, or a related specialty.
• Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the applicable state.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based pain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic pain.
• Perform interventional pain management procedures based on clinical indications and patient needs.
• Manage both procedural and medication-management patients.
• Develop conservative treatment plans and provide medication management when clinically appropriate.
• Maintain a high-volume clinical schedule of approximately 25–35 patients per day.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with applicable regulations and evidence-based treatment pathways.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to the development and expansion of advanced interventional and surgical pain management services.
• Deliver care in an integrated clinical and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment.

Interventional Pain Procedures

Candidates should be comfortable performing a broad range of procedures, including:

Routine and Lower-Acuity Interventions

• Epidural Steroid Injections (ESI).
• Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injections (TFESI).
• Facet Joint Injections.
• Medial Branch Blocks (MBB).
• Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA).
• Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Injections.
• Peripheral Joint Injections.

Advanced and Higher-Acuity Procedures

• Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) trials and implants.
• Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS).
• Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression.
• Interspinous Spacer Procedures.
• SI Joint Fusion.
• Lumbar Fusion and other advanced spine procedures, where applicable.
• Advanced neuromodulation and ASC-based surgical interventions.
