Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold a valid Texas School Psychologist license
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential required
• Proven experience working with K–12 students in a school environment
• Demonstrated skill in conducting assessments, providing direct counseling services, and developing intervention plans
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities to work with educators, families, and school teams
• Up-to-date on best practices in behavioral interventions, mental health, and crisis response

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Deliver individual and group counseling services to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
• Provide consultation and training to staff and families regarding students’ learning and behavioral concerns
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation complies with state and federal guidelines
• Support crisis intervention efforts and promote positive school climate initiatives
